Tom Lee, CFA AC
Co-founder and Head of Research
Thomas Lee is a Managing Partner and the Head of Research at Fundstrat Global Advisors. He is an accomplished Wall Street strategist with over 25 years of experience in equity research, and has been top-ranked by Institutional Investor every year since 1998. Prior to co-founding Fundstrat, he served as J.P. Morgan’s Chief Equity Strategist from 2007 to 2014, and previously as Managing Director at Salomon Smith Barney. His areas of expertise include Market Strategy, Small/Mid-Cap Strategy and Telecom Services. Mr. Lee received his BSE from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. He is a CFA charterholder and is an active member of NYSSA and the NY Economic Club.
Sean Farrell AC
Head of Digital Asset Strategy
Sean Farrell is the Head of Digital Asset Strategy at Fundstrat, where he leads the firm’s research on crypto markets and blockchain innovation. He is a frequent guest on Coinage and FinTech TV and other crypto-focused media outlets. Sean’s market insights and forecasts have been featured in major publications including MarketWatch, CoinDesk, Barron’s, and Yahoo Finance. Before joining Fundstrat, Sean was a manager in the Transaction Opinions group at Alvarez & Marsal, and previously worked as an associate at Anvil Advisors. Sean holds a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University.
Jansen Teng
Co-founder and CEO of Virtuals Protocol
Jansen Teng is the co-founder and CEO of Virtuals Protocol, leading the development of its agent economy and digital nation vision. A graduate of Imperial College London, he began exploring blockchain during his student years by mining Ethereum in his dorm. He later built experience as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group, advising large corporations on digital transformation. Beyond consulting, Jansen is a serial entrepreneur having co-founded deep-tech ventures spanning AI, biochemistry, and sustainable tech.
