Fed Divided, Government Funding, Clarity Act 

This week the Federal Open Markets Committee (FOMC) met to set interest rates, and the members voted to keep rates unchanged. However, the decision was not unanimous. The vote of the 12-member Committee was 9 to 3 with the three dissenters wanting to increase rates.
